- You’re feeling those extra pounds aren’t as easy to drop like they used to be in your 20s — but you’re just too busy (or too burned out) to piece together your own fitness and nutrition plan. You need someone to give you a proven method or routine to follow.
- You’re juggling kids' activities, family commitments, your relationships and your career — but you’re not showing up in any of these spaces as your best, most energized self. Something’s got to change.
- You’re excited and motivated to make the change and are able to stick to a plan and hold yourself accountable while going at your own pace.
Wellness and Nutrition Coach
Hi, I’m Lauren Melton, NASM-CPT
I help successful, high-achieving women like you implement efficient, proven and sustainable ways to prioritize your health and find your confidence again.
After 20+ years as a corporate executive in a high-stress, fast-paced setting — I found myself somewhere I never thought I’d be. I was barely getting my steps in, my waist kept expanding, and my go-to cardio routines from my 20s and 30s were no longer cutting it.
Cliche as it sounds — I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the woman staring back at me.
Maybe you can relate.
Payment plans are unavailable for The Collective since you can cancel anytime.
I’m a one-woman show! You will work directly with me and no one else for support. I’ve also been through my journey of losing 75 pounds and maintaining it for the past eight years, so I get what it takes! My friends and family will tell you I’m consistent and reliable, so you know I’ll show up for you even if it gets annoying.
If you choose not to complete a program, no full or partial refunds will be given or returned. All fees are fully earned upon receipt and are non-refundable.
Most clients start with a yoga mat, a few dumbbells (or an adjustable dumbbell set), and a set of resistance bands. Over time, you will progress and probably need to decide whether to invest in more home equipment or purchase a gym membership.
Absolutely, as long as your doctor has cleared you for exercise! We have women joining us prenatal and postpartum.
I will provide you with nutritional information, recommendations, recipe ideas, meal planning, and meal prep tools, but no one must follow a specific meal plan. My goal is to help you find a balanced nutrition approach that best supports your preferences and tastes.
I always recommend my clients start by nailing the basics before considering supplements. I do not require or encourage supplements, but I am always open to answering questions or making suggestions for you to discuss with your healthcare provider.
