After 20+ years as a corporate executive in a high-stress, fast-paced career, I found myself somewhere I never thought I’d be. I was working 60+ hours a week, barely moving, my waistline kept expanding, and the cardio routines that once worked in my 20s didn’t touch what was happening in my 40s.

The truth? I had gained 75 pounds.

And one day, I looked in the mirror and didn’t even recognize the woman staring back at me. I felt exhausted, uncomfortable in my own skin, and honestly, a little hopeless.
